We have several accounts with them. Service has been unreliable for months, frequently not getting notifications or sometimes notified several times for the same messages. Just had an issue today with a tech having to switch to his personal phone to work with a customer after the app said messages sent but the website says they failed. Overall very poor app and will be migrating away.

Hi Keith. There was a bug recently in the mobile app that would sometimes cause outbound messages to fail. This issue has since been resolved.

I wish it didn't make me scroll all the way through my messages every time I open the conversation. Also, if you're going to display an ominous error message like "Failed" just because the message is over the character limit, then the character count needs to be displayed so that we aren't just guessing. Still, this is the best app for its purpose.
