About this app

NextPlus is an app for employees of Next Plus Engineering Co., Ltd., used to manage HR tasks that previously required visiting the office, now accessible from the workplace.

For Employees:
• Clock in and out and check if they are on site.
• Check in at the worksite by scanning the QR code on the project sign.
• Submit leave requests, expense claims, and other documents, and track the approval stage.
• View remaining leave entitlements and quotas for the year.
• Complete self-assessments and view results and past records.
• Receive announcements, circulars, and company event calendar.
• View their own ID cards and licenses, and receive reminders before expiration.
• Report IT equipment repairs and access the ISO document archive.

For Supervisors:
• View their team and team check-in locations.
• Rate team members.
• Review work at the worksite and attach progress photos.

Work can be resumed even without a network connection. Recorded time entries and check-ins will be automatically sent once the network is restored.

Note: This app is only available to employees whose accounts have been created by the HR department.
Self-registration is not possible.
