wrost experience I have been purchased 30 days skills but video quality is very poor and content added application but when I open video then video does not work

Bought 2 courses, the instructors were good. Cons - 1-Video is available for 4-6 month, instead of lifetime access like in many other apps like udemy. 2- Video does not resume from last time, si we need to remember where we have stopped a video. 3- Video cannot be played with mobile screen off. Please don't waste your money from this study-blows. It is not giving value for your money.

I bought 2 course of phycology. both are fantastic. vedio quality is good. content are good. but I face 2 issues. firstly- when we pause a session in middle and close the app, after open the app I couldn't start from there where I leave(yes, it's available when we download the vedio session, but it also nessery for online aslo). secondly- work on direct call support, Last time when I face some issues, there is only massage support. but some time we need call support. please work on it. Thank You
