Baylion Groupware is a project-centric groupware that combines the management and collaboration required for company projects into one. By gathering scattered conversations, files, schedules, and approvals into a single project room, you can check progress at a glance and continue working even while on the go. ■ Project Room and WBS

· Divide tasks into WBS and assign responsible persons and deadlines.

· Upload Excel WBS as is, and export the WBS from the Project Room back to Excel.

· Check conversations, files, schedules, tasks, and business information all within a single Project Room.

■ Chat and Notifications

· Project channels and 1:1 direct messages.

· Replies, file and image sharing, and saving important messages.

· Receive push notifications for new messages, approvals, and schedules for immediate viewing.

· Invite partners or external contacts as guests to share only the necessary channels.

· Organize company documents using folder-level permissions.

· Upload entire folders and share only necessary documents externally for a set period.

· You can use the same account seamlessly across the PC web (app.veillion.com) and the desktop app.

· Data is operated and stored in Korea (AWS Seoul Region).
