The app works smoothly and is fast, sometimes there is some quite annoying shift to the website, with subsequent additional required login. Experience is good, but could be better in the future. The events section is the "core" and is well maintained, together with all benefits for coworkers, hotel stayers and guests.

Laundry reservation is awful - why can I only have one machine at a time? I used to just go down and use one machine for darks and one for bright colors and then put them in the dryer together. Now it's needlessly complicated, I need to first do one color, then the other, and then dry them, all while hoping nobody reserved slots using the silly system. Just let us use the machines normally!!

Provisional rating - anyone else getting an error message when trying to log in / create an account? Been re-installing the app and restarting my phone multiple times but it just keeps crashing :(
