When I am logging in my new mobile it shows that please log in with original device actually I lost my phone so I logging with new phone with same mobile number but it won't accept it what I have to do

Fix a small problem where logging in tab from phone doesn't work

Kindly let us know how to open in laptop. We can't run emulator , in app it is showed as desktop available but in desktop we can't open the app, atleast browser version is fine but not able to find anything. If it is not possible don't make false promotions like can be viewed in desktop. Also how to download offline videos when there is no option to download. Please improve these.
