Do hard things together. Go do a co-do.
Thrive Circle is a space for co-doing: courageous, conscious, connected doing. Together, we practice mindfully doing whatever most needs doing in our lives.
Most of us know what we’ve been avoiding. Thrive Circle offers a simple structure and a real human presence to help you turn toward that work and begin, including:
- Writing an email or making a phone call you’ve been avoiding
- Starting (or returning to) a creative project
- Studying, reading, or preparing for an exam
- Doing focused work without multitasking
- Having a hard but necessary conversation
- Practicing a habit that supports your body or mind
- Taking the first step on something you’ve postponed for months
How co-doing works. In a Thrive Circle practice session (whether live or on-app):
- You’re matched with another Thrive Circle member (or guided through a solo session if no partner is available).
- You name the hard thing you’ll work on ("whatever most needs doing").
- You go and mindfully do the hard thing.
- When your session ends, you return to share what you noticed or learned.
Each session follows three simple resolutions:
1. May we begin immediately, rather than make space for distractions to rush in.
2. May we return gently, when we noticed we've wandered from our intention.
3. May we share back what we noticed or learned.
