Start with your email address
Sign up and verify your email address to access your account. You do not need a phone number to get started.

Find an event worth making plans for
Explore published events and check dates, venues and practical details. Save your favorites and share events with friends.

Keep track of your waitlist
Join a waitlist when one is offered and check its status in your account. You can also leave it. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a ticket.

When the box office opens
Purchases and reservations are available only when sales are open and those options are offered for the event. Check the ticket categories, amounts, payment methods and conditions shown before you choose.

Reserve, then pay at your pace
For events offering reservations after sales open, pay the stated reservation amount and settle the balance before the deadline. Follow your payments, remaining balance and due date in the app.

Keep your tickets close
Once payment is complete and your ticket has been issued, find its QR code and the details you need to plan your visit. A pending reservation does not grant entry.

Choose French or English
Set your preferred language and find the help center in the app.

Events and services depend on availability and the conditions shown. Purchases and reservations are unavailable before sales open.
