Ratings and reviews

Took 10 days to report transaction failed after deductions. I initiated the transfer after seeing the promo to an account which I have used several times through other dependable services. They deducted $1000 from my account and took 10 days to report that the transaction eventually failed. I am still waiting to get the refund back. Unreliable experience and worst customer service. Won't recommend atall.

Attention new users don't fall prey to this app, I really urge you guys to not use this app as there is no actual remittance happening here and they earn money by holding. They initiate the transaction claiming that it will be processed on 2-3 business days but it doesn't happen till 7 days and then it gets rejected with no justification after that again it takes 3-4 days to refund your own money back to your account. Do not trust the customer care which is handled by only one person named Ashok

I did not had a good experience with remittance functionality. Lot of delays and lack of automated updates . Reasons for transaction failure are not clear. Tried 4 transactions with only 50% success rate, nothing changed from my end except the amount. Reasons that i got from Support is not at par.
