Touchdown Scan is the mobile app for event check-in and attendance management, designed as an extension of the Touchdown Business and Marketing Automation solution.
It secures and streamlines access to your physical events while automatically feeding your automation scenarios within your Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Business Central ecosystem.

How does it work ?
Each participant receives a unique QR code, accessible directly from their event registration confirmation email.

At the entrance, a simple scan is all it takes to instantly record attendance in a reliable way, fully synchronized with your Microsoft CRM.

The attendance data collected can then automatically trigger targeted actions such as dynamic segmentation, post-event outreach, or sales follow-up, with no manual intervention required.

Designed for quick onboarding, the application simplifies access rights management regardless of the number of participants. It can be used by both internal teams and on-site service providers.
