- Make repayments over a maximum of 180 days.
- Monthly Interest rate is 3%
- Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 36%. No processing costs.

Example: For a 4-month loan of ₦70,000, Traction charges 3% a month. With an APR of 36%, the total repayment amount after 120 days is ₦78,400.

This app is always deducting high money for each transaction. It is always slow in loading new amount.

Transactions on the traction pos has been running smoothly but why can't costumers check their account balance with the pos terminal? It's really frustrating. Please work on the app and pos and improve it on this

Please traction has been ignoring my message since last year. I made a transaction to sterling bank account on the 18th of December, 2013. The recipient is yet to get the money. Please help me look into it. I called sterling bank to complain but I was asked to provide the season Id of the transaction but your app can't share receipts. Its really frustrating. My boss wants to close the account as we can't continue like this. Thanks.
