Ratings and reviews

The app is confusing. You go to kids section you see some kids collections and then type a specific style in search bar and all of a sudden you see more kids styles and designs that was not on kids section.. ridiculous .. i didnt like any of mens combination its super limited and the colors are so off.. everything is with some off bright color combination. You need a lot of work to be able to make this shopping app at an international level.

I have made an order through trendia app, and my shipping location is Australia. As per your policy, you are supposed to deliver in 10-12 business days, and you haven't shipped my products even after 10 days. I purchased these items for a special occasion, and now it has been ruined because of you. You agreed to refund the amount, but you have wasted my time. I never recommend trendia to anyone. Try to buy from stores in your country or get them couriered by your parents.

From the 4 items I ordered in November, I have still not received 1 item and upon asking the status all I get to see is automated message we will ship it when we receive it from the vendor. For the other 3 items ordered the quality is very very bad.. cheap quality cloth. Will never buy again.
