The app gave me a credit line, I have applied many times, every time I get the option to Update bank statement but there is no option to update bank statement, There is no way to contact anyone and if you send an email to customer support, you get an automated response and no one reaches you. I have applied several times, the same thing has happened every time.

I really don't understand what was happened to this app. I had taken multiple loans and all was paid in time. Now from the past few days, there is some big issue going on. The credit line process get approved with e-signature but the loan amount is not disbursed. After multiple tries and multiple tickets raised, I get the same automated email which says, they are upgrading their disbursement system with new payment gateway security updates.
