Ratings and reviews

Big fan of the service Twickets provide but the app and website are really frustrating. I'm unable to search for events on a certain date (unless it's in the next couple of days), but when I instead trawl through listings manually I repeatedly get blocked for unusual activity! Please just add a date filter!

Like the ability to make offers, as some sellers are unrealistic and want to claw back all their money for a last minute cancellation/sale. The number of alerts you can set up is quite low and limiting.

twickets has a great selection of resale tickets and works well. it can sometimes be frustrating on popular events when trying to get a ticket because you will open the app as soon as the notification arrives and still not get it. would be good it they show you how many other people are looking for that ticket to so you can get an idea of your chances.
