Ratings and reviews

Absolutely useless. You can click a ticket alert within one second and still be told "another fan snagged these tickets before you." It has happened to me dozens and dozens and dozens of times. I'm aware that other users are using bots to game the system and Twickets aren't doing anything about it. Don't download this app which will leave you frustrated and angry. Use literally any of the many better alternatives instead.

Keep getting blocked When I filter to much it seems to think I am using a VPN etc, but if I don't filter, or limit my filters (date / location / event type) it does not block me. But I do get blocked after a bit of time with a warning I have high activity. Can't win. Nightmare just to search for stuff. Oh, and no support, certainly no response to my requests to report nor to the email I sent asking for help.

First time ever trying to sell tickets, follow every step to the letter and it doesn't work. I get a confirmation that the tickets are listed and an email confirming that they are not, which they are not. I don't know who to trust anymore... What's the point of going through that whole rigmarole if it simply doesn't work? What a complete waste of time.
