Functional, but needs a way to delete alerts in the app! I can't find one as of now, have to login through the browser to do so! (apr 2024) Please god, it's been 2 years since I wrote this original review, still no way to delete alerts via the app!! Otherwise great app to get tickets safely and securely from other people. Edit - OK you can delete now cool, but only replying to my review after it's done, lol

I will try to buy a ticket and it will either say error or that someone has already got the ticket and that they are "holding it" for a fair chance. my issue with this is that after 20 minutes the ticket will still be there but it won't let me buy it. I had re installed the app, tried the website and it still won't let me get any ticket. I even have push notifications on?!??! I click the notification as soon as it comes through yet someone already got it? HOW?!?!?

Concept is good and have used it to both buy and sell tickets. My 1* review is purely as I keep getting "blocked for suspicious activity" when I'm doing nothing more than looking for tickets in a normal manner.

What’s new

We’ve made it easier to manage your Twickets account, with new profile, verification, alerts and notification settings screens. We’ve also improved navigation and refreshed our tour and event pages, adding clearer ticket and alert information so fans can quickly see how many tickets are available, how many have sold and how many alerts have been set up.
