It's true that, as someone mentioned below, search function is quite hidden. Could use some customer journey mapping. Even the website doesn't promote the apps and you really have to look for them..
OK it feels like this app is targeted by people using programs to buy popular tickets. For example you can keep refreshing, jump on some tickets as soon as they appear and every time.... Someone is buying these tickets. If you're after Ed Sheeran you might as well go panning for gold at your kitchen sink.
Installed it - now uninstalling it 3 minutes later. No search facility. Totally useless.
Failed Never made the sell work. Couldn't get it to link to PayPal. Maybe the fact PayPal won't work with them is a hint that they should be avoided. However I blindly carried on and reached out to them over twitter, got instructions to email customer services for help..... and then I got a bland reply offering me a thin promise of a response within 24 hours. I am afraid the tickets I need to sell won't be useful in 24 hours. Patience expired and app uninstalled.
Filter system so clunky Just a very odd way of implementing a filter system. You literally cannot search on a name of a band. You have to filter. Weird
I love twickets! I always swore by them even when it was just for twitter! Great idea too!
Purchase easily and everywhere tickets out of over 200,000 events in a year.
