Lose 2 stars because of the mydrive function. Sometimes doesn't record trips and not very accurate for the milage when it does. Also it seriously depletes my battery because it's constantly got my location. It needs to be a lot more intelligent by only getting my location when detecting fast movement. The phone lost 30% once overnight and it was this app that caused it according to the battery in settings

App says the password is wrong when the fingerprint login is activated, so I type in the password; it's happy for a few more logins, and then I get the same message again. MyDrive doesn't record all journeys and adds a few random ones of its own (and, yes, my phone is with me, and I don't change any settings). Once I am logged in, the app works OK in the sense I can look around at things fine, but the logging in issue is very frustrating. Since activating MyDrive, I get high battery drain

Since I've been able to use the app the one thing I was hoping to take advantage of was the MyDrive Score function. Unfortunately this really isn't fit for purpose. I get a notification saying that a trip is being recorded and calculated but it doesn't show on the App. The last trip recorded was the 28th August. Also when trips are recorded it keeps giving me low scores for phone distractions even though the phone is in my pocket so no way of distracting me. Really Poor

We have a 'help and support' button available on the log-in screen where you can speak to one of our dedicated MyAviva Online Support Agents. They'll be able to identify any issues with your account and get these resolved, so you can regain access to your online account. ~ Aviva Social Team
