About this app

MyAviva is the simple way to view and manage your Aviva insurance, savings and investment policies in one place, whenever and wherever you want. If you’ve already set up an Aviva account online, just enter your username and password in the app to log in. The app also supports facial recognition and fingerprint login, so you can access your account even more quickly and securely.

If you are new to Aviva you can easily register a new account, and if you forget your login details it’s easy to retrieve and reset them to make sure you keep your personal information safe and secure.

Once you’re set up, depending on the products you have in your account you’ll be able to:

- Get all the important details of your Aviva pension
- View insurance cover and renewal dates
- Access policy documents
- Find out how to make a claim
- Check your investment portfolio
- Get access to existing customer offers
- Opt into our MyDrive feature to automatically record your vehicle journeys and gain insights on your driving.

Since I've been able to use the app the one thing I was hoping to take advantage of was the MyDrive Score function. Unfortunately this really isn't fit for purpose. I get a notification saying that a trip is being recorded and calculated but it doesn't show on the App. The last trip recorded was the 28th August. Also when trips are recorded it keeps giving me low scores for phone distractions even though the phone is in my pocket so no way of distracting me. Really Poor

We have a 'help and support' button available on the log-in screen where you can speak to one of our dedicated MyAviva Online Support Agents. MyDrive improvements? Not really. You've removed the maps from the journey tab,so all you can see is a breadcrumb trail instead. That's of no help if I want to know where I'm braking too hard, for example. It STILL advises me that I have had "phone distractions" during some of my journeys, though this is fundamentally incorrect as I never, EVER, interact with my phone when I'm driving. It seems that once a journey is a certain age, you can't advise you were a passenger and not the driver.

Since the latest update, it can't open MyDrive. When you try to open it, it closes the whole app and displays a message saying the MyAviva app closed because the app has a bug. ... ... Update: I didn't get any response from the email you guys asked me to send the screenshots to. So, I have now uninstalled it and re-installed it again. It took me back to the previous version, and MyDrive is working now.
