I will NEVER be ordering from game again. Ordered a £120 controller. Game never even bothered to issue a order confirmation email. And at no point in the ordering process did it tell me to make an account. So I have no order number, no confirmation email and no way to track my order. Only thing I got is a screen shot of the order saying when it would be here. It never arrived!! I emailed game but absolutely no response and no way to talk to a human! No refund! Do better.

Every time I try to make a purchase it gets as far as confirming payment to be taken then diverts back to basket then doesn't allow me to use my gift voucher as it says its "invalid" and keeps a hold of the voucher for several hours. Sort it out game! Getting no help from customer services either

I need help, I can't seem to get through to customer service about my order, I have screenshot and email with both my orders plus tracking and both say nothing match's up after purchasing and I can't ask for a refund because your bot doesn't go anywhere but in repeat mode, I went to GAME store and they said to contact by email and I have and had no response with all the evidence provided, I've been waiting a month for a delivery or refund or response and nothing, £85 down the drain right
