Ratings and reviews

The Game UK app has had a complete overhaul, it is now possible to purchase games and merchandise through the app. It's easy to navigate, filter and purchase goods. However there is no way to see preorders (the old app had a dedicatrd preorder button) and the very useful release calendar has been removed as well. They have also gotten rid of the points system.

Have not been able to buy through the app the first time I tried got so annoyed and ended up buying from Argos. Tried again today and ended up going the long way round and purchasing online rather than through the app, it just won't check out and keeps sending me back to PayPal. It is also not showing my previous orders or my pre orders and can't remember when that is due, also not able to see how much I have in points. I am definitely disappointed.

Ever since the update and complete overhaul of the app it wiped my pre orders my order history and finding out how many points turned to pounds I have over £20s worth I can no longer find this information out aswell as changing the coming soon tab to show you what games we're due out in this year I had to manually search for the pre orders that had been wiped and add them to the new wishlist instead pre orders out of fear of double booking the same 2 games
