About this app

PlotPoint is the investor portal for approved PlotPoint funders. Review new property-backed loans, register your interest and follow every position through to redemption.

We lend to property developers and investors across the UK on bridging, refurbishment and development loans. The app puts each deal in front of you with the figures that matter, and keeps your portfolio up to date between conversations with the team.

OPPORTUNITIES
New deals appear as they clear underwriting. Each one shows the loan size, funder rate, loan-to-value, term, net funder loan and valuation, alongside the exit strategy and location. Sort by newest, highest rate or largest loan, and filter by status or town.

REGISTER INTEREST
Tell us how much you’d like to fund and which of your entities you’re investing through — a company or a SIPP, for example. It isn’t a commitment. The team will be in touch to confirm.

PORTFOLIO
See capital deployed, funds pledged but not yet drawn, interest paid and redeemed positions across all your entities. Each position shows principal, rate, redemption date, and interest accrued and paid.

UPDATES AND DOCUMENTS
On deals you fund, read borrower details, project updates and documents as the team shares them.

SECURITY
Sign in with your email and password, Apple or Google. Add a passkey to sign in with Face ID or Touch ID, and turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app.

SUPPORT
Answers to common questions, and the team by email, phone or WhatsApp.

WHO IT’S FOR
The app is for PlotPoint investors. The team reviews every new account before it can see opportunities. The app doesn’t take payments — funding is arranged with the team directly.
