RAM Assist offers an easy to use driver mobile application as well as an online software solution for managing vehicle and driver data.
The mobile app allows drivers to send instant app submissions such as:
•Location Check Points - Allow drivers to report the current location, submit with a message and image, then view the details on a map with our cloud based software.
• Proof Of Delivery - Drivers are able to confirm there arrival times on deliveries, submit a message regarding the outcome and also collect a customer signature at the point of delivery.
• Vehicle Maintenance Checks - Allow drivers to submit routine vehicle maintenance inspections via the app, alerting fleet mangers instantly to any known defects.
• Fuel Purchases - Allow Drivers to submit images of fuel receipts on the go, then run reports for the whole fleet's spend to date.
• Accident Reports and Breakdown Notifications - Receive real time data on accidents or breakdowns with our comprehensive data collection tool which guides the driver at the scene to collect every piece of detail required regarding the incident, complete with images and voice audio of the version of events.
• Mileage & Odometer Readings - Stay up to speed with the every vehicle's current mileage and odometer readings with mobile app image submissions of the odometer reading of each vehicle.
• Field Expenses Claims - Allow Drivers to submit expense claims remotely, complete with images of receipts and totals. Run reports on claims made and approve or reject in the Fleet Assist Online Software.
The Online Software allows fleet managers to manage key tasks such as:
• View all app submissions made in the field on a detailed map view, using GPS location points from each app submission. Filter app submissions by driver, vehicle, date, and type for a visual display of all field-based app activity. Use the alerts features to receive notifications on any of the app submissions made by specific or all drivers.
• MOT, Service, Lease, Breakdown Cover, Insurance, Tracking System renewal and reminder notifications (plus custom reminders based on other key dates)
• Each vehicle added to the software is instantly linked to the DVLA database to bring back the full V5 document for each vehicle.
• Manage the P11D tax returns with our driver/vehicle assignment history log.
• Attach vehicle files and documents to each vehicle in a vehicle file storage folder to help manage and retrieve key documents on demand.
