Vortex 2 is a Wear OS watch face built around a mesmerizing guilloché concentric ring pattern rendered as a pastel illustration on a deep charcoal and dark slate ground. Each ring radiates outward from a calm, open center, etched with fine cross-hatched and wave-cut micro-textures that catch and hold diffused lavender and dusty purple light.

The design draws on the tradition of engine-turned engraving found in fine horology, translating that mechanical precision into something softer and more cosmic. Muted grey undertones breathe beneath the layers, while purple accents drift through the grooves like traces of a nebula glimpsed through a watchmaker's loupe.

The outermost rings fade gently into shadowed corners, giving the circular composition a natural, balanced feel on the round watch display. The intentionally still center provides a quiet focal point that anchors the otherwise hypnotic motion implied by the surrounding rings.

Vortex 2 pairs a cozy, dreamlike warmth with an otherworldly depth, sitting on the wrist as both a timepiece backdrop and a small piece of abstract art. The dark palette makes it easy to read watch hands and complications against, while the subtle luminous haze gives the face life and personality across all lighting conditions.
