- Inbox: read and reply to customer messages from every channel in one place.
- Community: team chat and direct messages, plus Ask Lisa, your AI assistant for quick answers about your business.
- Mission Control: keep track of to-dos, issues, and quarterly goals.

STAY IN THE LOOP
- Push notifications for new orders, customer messages, shipping exceptions, inventory alerts, and approvals, each individually controllable in Settings.

SECURE BY DEFAULT
- Sign in with your Lisa credentials. All data is encrypted in transit, and your business data is never sold or used for advertising.
