Money deducted but subscription not active - Highly disappointing! I have been a loyal user for a long time, but recently the service has been terrible. Even though the subscription amount is being deducted automatically via auto-pay, I am unable to use the premium features. The app keeps asking me to subscribe again even after a successful payment. This feels like a complete scam as I am paying for a service I cannot access. Please fix this issue and restore my access immediately!

I really like this app. We can write and edit the caption we want with a single click. I have saved a lot of time. Many ads can be edited with good quality in less time. A very useful application for businessmen and advertisers. I give this app 100 marks

edit option not working and team is very supportive but not able to solve the issue... they offer to extend the subscription but that doesn't solve the problem for us after new interface of tbe app, Surjit from the team called and personally guided me with the update and solved the issues. he assured of extension of subscription, lets see if he fulfils it. datec 28-7-2025
