You don't need a computer to open .udf documents from UYAP, e-Government, your lawyer, or e-notification attachments. This application is a udf reader, udf editor, and udf file converter — displaying court decisions, petitions, expert reports, and notification attachments as they appear on your phone: tables, page layout, and Turkish characters intact.

STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
Your documents are never sent to any server. All opening, searching, editing, and converting operations are done on your phone. The application doesn't even require internet access — it works completely offline. Automatic backup also doesn't move your documents to the cloud.

FILE OPENING AND READING
• Tap on the .udf file you downloaded from WhatsApp, email, Files, or the UYAP Citizen Portal, and it will open in this application.
• Search within the document — Turkish character insensitive (type "gerekceli", "GEREKÇELİ" will be found)
• Content search in the library: see where the word you are searching for appears with its citation.
• Reading mode, light/dark theme, zoom
• Document information: court, case and decision number, date, word/page count

EDITING
Edit your petition or document paragraph by paragraph, add paragraphs, delete paragraphs, and save them to the same file. Tables and images are preserved as they are. Before you modify and save an electronically signed document, the application will clearly warn you: the old signature will not be transferred to the modified content — no seemingly valid forged documents will come out of this application.

UDF CONVERTER — BOTH DIRECTIONS
• Export from UDF: Save or share as plain text with PDF and Word (.docx), print directly with system print
• Import into UDF: Convert PDF, Word, ODT, and photographed documents to UDF format
• Batch conversion: Select multiple documents at once, convert them all at once
• Document merging: Combine multiple documents into a single .udf file

TEXT RECOGNITION (OCR) IN SCANNED DOCUMENTS
Convert a scanned PDF to text using text recognition. Recognition works on the device, offline; the application will warn you if the output may contain errors and will mark the recognized text with a special note.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE INFORMATION
See who signed the document, the issuing authority, and the validity dates. The signature block is readable even if it is packaged in different formats.

HONEST BOUNDARIES
• It does NOT create electronic signatures and does NOT cryptographically VERIFY signatures; it only displays the identity information in the signature and also says it on the screen.
• It does NOT connect to UYAP systems, does not query case files; use UYAP's own applications for official transactions.
• This application is not an official UYAP application; it is a standalone document application supporting the .udf file format.
