About this app

The WeconnectU App is for trustees and directors of Bodies Corporate and Homeowners’ Associations whose managing agent uses the WeconnectU Community Management System (CMS) to manage their community.

The app connects directly to your managing agent’s WeconnectU solution, giving you secure, real-time access to your community’s payments/invoices, tasks, and documents across all communities where you serve as a trustee or director.

With the WeconnectU Trustee App, you can:

- View and authorise supplier invoices and payments
- Track tasks, view progress, and add comments
- Create and assign new tasks
- Access important community documents

If your managing agent uses WeconnectU, the Trustee App gives you the oversight and confidence you need to make informed decisions.
