My first and only experience with this app was a few months ago. I used it to request a taxicab pickup. The cab company gave this app to make a reservation, which I did. I was charged for a trip where the vehicle never showed. When I tried to follow up with the cab company, it was difficult for many months to get a LIVE person- particularly a manager - and then get someone who spoke English clearly. It was frustrating that no one would help resolve my billing issue so I haven't used this app sin

I was forced to download this app because you can't use the site in a browser. Their ad said they covered my area. I downloaded this POS app it was greyed out & no matter what I chose, I got a message my area was not covered. I live 1.7 mi. from a casino & about 7 miles from a major international airport & 5 miles from a large military base with a large military retiree population, halfway between 2 major urban areas, & they don't cover my area?? Local cab co. told me they use this. LIARS.

I literally downloaded the app just to leave a review (not an option). This has to be the worst service I have ever seen or dealt with. After over an hour of waiting, still no ride. The dispatcher acted like it was a hassle to do her job. Sighing during the call and catching an attitude because I asked her where my ride was. THE WORST!!! I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH: DO NOT USE!! A complete waste of your time and energy. If you enjoy being disappointed then this (dis)service will be for you. Bad.
