Koach is a coalition of multiple industries coming together to provide our customers with a unique solution to help with all of their logistical needs. We provide riders with Taxis, Private Sedans, Limos, Wheel chair accessible vans and shuttles. With drivers that go through background checks. In addition coach allows the users to arrange delivery services for moving services to food delivery.

app doesn't work. i was getting errors (app would say 10 min ETA then fail to confirm or would generate an error message). on calling, the taxi company was getting multiple submissions (so it failed on my end on the app but not theirs) but couldn't even find any drivers in over 90 minutes so the app ETAs were radically wrong. entirely unreliable and doesn't reflect actual availability.

My first and only experience with this app was a few months ago. I used it to request a taxicab pickup. The cab company gave this app to make a reservation, which I did. I was charged for a trip where the vehicle never showed. When I tried to follow up with the cab company, it was difficult for many months to get a LIVE person- particularly a manager - and then get someone who spoke English clearly. It was frustrating that no one would help resolve my billing issue so I haven't used this app sin

I literally downloaded the app just to leave a review (not an option). This has to be the worst service I have ever seen or dealt with. After over an hour of waiting, still no ride. The dispatcher acted like it was a hassle to do her job. Sighing during the call and catching an attitude because I asked her where my ride was. THE WORST!!! I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH: DO NOT USE!! A complete waste of your time and energy. If you enjoy being disappointed then this (dis)service will be for you. Bad.
