"LSeT" is a public space CRM system that creates local fans by connecting public spaces such as parks, sports facilities, shopping streets, and tourist facilities with local residents who are visitors and users. It can also be used as a membership management system for companies with existing members.

Features

・To public facilities that revitalize the surrounding area
We provide a mechanism to connect members with the local area through map functions, coupon issuing functions, digital stamp rallies, etc. This will encourage customers from public facilities to the surrounding shopping streets, aiming to revitalize the entire area

・Database marketing for citizens
We use personal attribute information, behavioral history, and location information to obtain visitor data for facilities and events. This data can be used to understand user needs and help plan events and services

Basic functions of "LSeT"

・Digital entrance and participation certificates
We issue QR codes for digital entrance and participation certificates for facilities and events, enabling smartphone entry

・Messages
We provide users with event information for parks and facilities on an ongoing basis. It can also guide evacuation in the event of a disaster.

LSeT Map
Displays a shopping street map based on Google Maps and a venue map for events, encouraging users to move around.

Coupons
Points and coupons for public facilities can be set to cover not only facility use, but also events and shopping streets.

Stamp Rally
Through LSeT, members of affiliated facilities can be guided to and participate in a digital stamp rally around the surrounding shopping streets.
