About this app

Pay for fuel from your vehicle in a quick and easy way. Track your transactions and account balance via the mobile app. Find the nearest INA retail outlet.
INA PAY is primarily used to pay for fuel and / or other goods from the INA range in two ways:
• using the Pay from Vehicle option that can be used to pay for fuel refueled at a point of sale at a retail point
• by using the Pay at checkout option, so that payments via the mobile application are made at the checkout of the retail location.

OPTION PAY FROM THE VEHICLE - purchase of fuel on the unit
Signs related to the possibility of purchasing fuel using the mobile application are visible at INA's retail outlets. The tags are placed in the form of a QR code and a numeric code located below the QR code.
To use the Pay from vehicle option, the user needs to activate the mobile application from inside the vehicle and follow the following steps:
1. Choose the method of payment - PAY FROM THE VEHICLE
2. Choose a means of payment
3. Scan the QR code or enter the numeric code of the unit
4. Refuel
5. Confirm payment

OPTION PAY AT THE CASH DESK - purchase of fuel and / or other goods from the INA range
In addition to fuel, the user can perform a payment transaction and other goods from the retail range at the cashier's point of sale by telling the employee at the cash register the number of the unit, ie the dispensing point where he refueled, and select other products from the range. After defining all goods and services, the user should launch a mobile application and:
1. Choose the method of payment - PAY AT THE CASHIER
2. Choose a means of payment
3. Show the screen to the cashier


ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONALITIES of the INA PAY mobile application:
• administration of user data and data from the associated INA cards
• account balance monitoring
• tracking all transactions within the transaction list
• geolocation of points of sale
