About this app

Kole is the app that connects families with the school. See in real time when your child arrived, their grades, their homework, and all school announcements, right from your phone.

✅ REAL-TIME ATTENDANCE
• Receive an alert as soon as your child clocks in and out (card, QR code, or staff member's record).

• Review the monthly calendar with attendance, tardiness, and absences.

• If an absence is recorded and then corrected, the alert will automatically update.

🔔 ORGANIZED NOTIFICATIONS

• Filter by category and open each alert directly to the relevant section.

• Similar alerts are grouped together to prevent your phone from getting cluttered.

• Submit assignments with photos, documents, or videos and track their progress.

• Grades by competency and by term, with details of each assessment.

👩‍🏫 FOR SCHOOL STAFF
Teachers, assistants, and administrators take attendance using QR codes or cards, review submissions, post materials and announcements, and consult with the Kole Agent about their classrooms.

🔒 SECURE AND PRIVATE
Each family sees only their children's information, and staff only see information relevant to their area of responsibility. Grades are recorded only by authorized personnel and are kept on file.
