About this app

Code Service is an easy-to-use Service Desk system for managing business centers of the CODEVELOPMENT company.

Code Service was created for convenient automation of daily processes of service departments: requests, inventories, checklists, passes, certificates, announcements, etc.

A clear interface and intuitive navigation allow our tenants and performers to easily work with the application and create applications without wasting time on training.

The tenant can:
• independently create applications using QR codes or through the application, attach photos and leave comments;
• track the status of your application;
• evaluate the quality of work performed.

• instantly receive applications using push notifications;
• see the entire scope of your work;
• confirm the completion of work with one click;
• receive feedback.

What’s new

Instead of showing only the location name, the full location path is displayed. If you have similar names on different floors or in different buildings, there’s no need to open a request to find out where exactly the issue occurred — the relevant information is visible right away. For large facilities, you can expand or collapse the full path as needed.
In addition, when assigning executors or assistants manually, you’ll now see not only their names but also their job titles.
