Code Service is an easy-to-use Service Desk system for managing business centers of the CODEVELOPMENT company.

Code Service was created for convenient automation of daily processes of service departments: requests, inventories, checklists, passes, certificates, announcements, etc.

What’s new

Иногда заявку невозможно выполнить по объективным причинам: задача не по адресу, не входит в зону ответственности или не актуальна. Теперь такие заявки можно отклонять с объяснением причины, не оставляя в системе «зависшие» заявки.

- Когда исполнитель отклонит заявку, она перейдет в архив со статусом «Отклонена».
- Заявитель получит уведомление с указанием причины отклонения.
- В отчете «Отклоненные заявки» руководитель сможет анализировать причины — и улучшать процессы.
