About this app

Xtro AI puts the AI agent on your computer in your pocket. Start a task from your phone, watch it run on your PC in VS Code, and approve anything risky before it happens, wherever you are.

It also works on its own: ask the built-in AI chat anything, with no computer needed.

SEND TASKS TO YOUR PC
Type or say what you need: "fix the failing checkout tests", "rename these fields and add a migration", "summarise yesterday's error logs". The task runs on your computer with your project, your tools and your files, and the result comes back to your phone.

SEE EVERY STEP AS IT HAPPENS
A live panel shows what the agent is doing right now: files it reads, edits it makes, commands it runs and how long each step took. Add instructions mid-task, or stop it with one tap.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL
Sensitive actions such as pushing code, deleting files or installing packages wait for your approval. You see the exact command and choose Allow, Always or Deny. Nothing risky runs without you.

AI CHAT, NO PC NEEDED
Get help with code, emails, plans and explanations straight from your phone. Answers include formatted code you can copy in one tap.

SCHEDULE REMINDERS, CHECKS AND RUNS
- Reminders: get notified at the time you pick.
- Checks: have the agent look at something later, like "check the production deploy at 2 PM".
- Runs: start a task on your PC on a schedule, like running the tests every weekday morning.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Install the XtroEdge Code extension in VS Code on your computer.
2. Open Xtro AI and pair the computer with the one-time token.
3. Send a task. It runs on your PC; you follow and approve it from your phone.

Sending tasks to a computer requires the XtroEdge Code extension for VS Code on that computer. The AI chat works without one.

PRIVACY
Tasks run on your own computer. Your messages, the photos you attach and task updates travel over an encrypted connection, and voice is turned into text on your device. You can delete your account and data at any time in Settings or at https://code.xtroedge.com/delete-account.
