🗺️ Playground — the places in Seoul worth going out for, sorted by neighbourhood.

Open the app and you get hand-picked collections instead of an endless list: Jongno's landmarks, Hongdae's nightlife, Seongsu's converted-warehouse cafes. Each collection is a short, walkable route with photos and addresses, so you can pick one and go.

Built for visitors and for people who live here — with the practical Korea things a map app never tells you.

• Themed collections by neighbourhood, each with a written intro to the area
• Photos and addresses for every stop
• Save a whole collection, or single places, and open them again later

▣ EXPLORE ON THE MAP
• Places around you on a Google Map, filtered by category and radius
• Markers grouped into clusters as you zoom out
• Works wherever you are — places near you get discovered on the fly
• Distance from you, nearest first

▣ SEARCH
• Find a place by name or category as you type
• Browse chips for cafes, restaurants, bars and attractions

▣ DAY PLANS
• Build a trip day by day from the places you saved
• Name each day, add or remove stops, reorder them, move a stop to the next day
• Days show real dates once you set a start date

▣ REVIEWS
• Read reviews and average ratings, or filter to the ones written by visitors
• Write your own with a rating, and edit or delete it any time
• Reviews in another language are translated on your phone as you read

▣ AUTOMATIC TRANSLATION
• Collection intros, guides and reviews are translated into your phone's language on the device itself
• No button to press and nothing sent to a server — the language pack downloads once, then works offline

▣ KOREA ESSENTIALS
• Arrival guide — airport transfer, T-money, SIM cards, why people here use Naver Map instead of Google Maps, and where to find an ATM that takes your card
• Emergency numbers — 119, 112, the 1330 travel hotline, 1339 medical, 120 city help, one tap to dial, and available offline
• Dietary card — halal, no pork, vegetarian, vegan, not spicy and your own allergies, written out in Korean for restaurant staff, with Korean text-to-speech if you'd rather not read it aloud
• Etiquette notes for temples, palaces, markets, restaurants and more, so you know what's expected before you walk in

• Directions open in the map app that actually works in Korea — Naver Map, then Kakao Map
• Call a Kakao T taxi from a place page
• Tap an address to copy it, tap a phone number to call

• Recently viewed places waiting on your profile tab
• Light and dark theme, following your system or set by hand
• English and Korean interface

▣ PERMISSIONS
• Location (optional) — to show places around you and centre the map. Used while you look; not stored.
• Notifications (optional) — asked once during onboarding, and you can decline without losing anything

■ Please note
• Curated collections currently cover Seoul. The map finds places near you anywhere, but the written collections and the Korea guides are Seoul- and Korea-specific.
• Saving places and building day plans need no sign-up — you are signed in anonymously. Adding an email is optional and only matters if you want the same saves on another phone.
• Opening hours appear only where a place actually has them.
