Can't get Favorites feature to work my first try with this app was super frustrating because I kept trying to use the favorites feature and it just simply won't add the previous drinks to the cart. the second time trying it, I made the drinks from scratch from the menu, and it worked. My local espresso stand had given me a code for $10 off, but when I used it, it only gave me one drink for free instead of $10 off. A better explanation for using discount codes would be helpful.

You have to preload credit to the app in minimum increments of $10, so you will always carry some residual unused amount. I requested a refund of the remaining balance and never received it (it's supposed to be issued to the credit card on file). Yet my balance on the app is showing $0. Customer service has been slow and after several follow ups over the weeks they are finally investigating. Don't use; you'll end up losing money that you could have went to tip your barista.

Very convenient and overall great to use. Knocked off one star because there doesn't seem to be a way to edit an order once it has been placed. I understand why that's not an option for immediate orders but it would be nice to have that option or to at least be able to send a message to the barista on orders for a later pickup time.
