Ratings and reviews

I love being able to order from one of my favorite local shops, but I haven't been able to search and pull up the other locations. When searching by name, or location, only a blank white screen pops up. I have good signal and am updated. Otherwise, the ability to support local, view items, and make purchases are are clean and simple.

UPDATE: A recent app update has corrected the login issues that I had been having. It now works as expected; easy to add funds, easy to order, and easy to find locations near me that utilize the Joe app. This app is fine when it works. I've been using it for several months, and I have yet to be able to order without having to login multiple times before it finally sticks.

The app takes forever to open. It shows a graphic of a drip coffee setup while loading, though, so that's a good use of their graphic design budget. After seven or eight minutes, the screen turned red. No controls, no text, just red. Several other apps pushed content to ny phone during all this, so I know I had a good connection. I had to reboot my phone to get the red screen to go away. I never did get to order coffee through the app. I just went directly to the shop and ordered in person.
