The game is good overall but I've ran into a glitch that prevents me from completing the game. Everytime I play, there's always one item missing. Now playing with the new update there are multiple items missing and this glitch is also in the pc version as well, don't know what's happening. please fix this if possible, thank you.

This game is really amazing, but since the new update, I found many glitches, and the most important one is that, after collecting all the missing lore pieces and books from celendrina's house and returning back to the grannys hotel, the main door gets blocked by the celendrina's walls even before we could reach there unlock it. I thought it was the glitch in my game only, but the same thing happened to my brother's game as well. Please fix this glitch as soon as possible.

I am experiencing an issue with the game. After installing it, the game either fails to launch or, if it opens, it unexpectedly crashes and redirects me back to the device’s home screen. Please look into this issue and provide a suitable solution.
