Acıbadem Online Android Application is a health platform to watch your and your family's health conditions. You can:

• Call an ambulance immediately in case of an emergency.

• By choosing the most convenient day and time from the calendar, you can arrange an appointment with the hospital or schedule an appointment with the doctor who you wish to have a video call. Over the app, you can visit your appointment by video call and view your past appointments.

• Access your all results of all sort of tests proceeded within Acıbadem Healthcare Group.

• Follow your health indicators like blood pressure and blood glucose values.

• Get supported by our medical consultants for 7 days 24 hours.

• Access various information about Acibadem Hospitals and Medical Centers and see the map routes of them.

• Gain information about first aid applications.

Last update problems : Language does not change to Turkish. There are no language settings. All my health records are gone. Helath card does not load. Previoua appointments are gone. Update: 26.Sept.2019 My records came back. It's working fine again. Thanks for the fixes. Update: After final update app doesn't even login.. stuck in loading screen..

The app lets you book an appointment, but doesnot allow you to amend it or cancel it. There is a form in the app where you can contact them, but their customer service team is not aware that the messafe sent from the app, so they keep calling you Poor app, poor implementation of CRM.

It's a very good medical center. I believe that the most talented medical professionals get to work there. 1 drawback is the lack of any kind of parking, and IF you do find something it's always far. Far for someone like me in a wheelchair.
