Time is in metric format 10:100:100, along with the date, month, and day. A year has 4 months and 400 days, a month has 100 days, and a week has 10 days. New Year's Day falls on the vernal equinox. A metric second is faster than standard time. A day doesn't coincide with the Earth's rotation. A year coincides with the Earth's orbit around the Sun and lasts exactly that long. A leap year is unnecessary.
