Useless, it can not even display the boarding gate, not only on my flight, most flights as it seems. If you can't do the basics correct nothing else can be trusted on this app. Uninstalling it.

The app is useless. Didn't notify the status of the flight (boarding /final call). Almost missed my flight.

I like the feature of booking a taxi at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Convenient and fast, no need to queue, and there will be a notification when it comes to the queue So you don't have to worry about waiting. You can go shopping and use the restroom at the airport first. And better yet, they can view driver and vehicle registration information and can make complaints directly to the service.
