I like the feature of booking a taxi at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Convenient and fast, no need to queue, and there will be a notification when it comes to the queue So you don't have to worry about waiting. You can go shopping and use the restroom at the airport first. And better yet, they can view driver and vehicle registration information and can make complaints directly to the service.

This app is riddled with bugs. Missing English version of your destination selection. If you exit the app before finishing all entries (e.g. to search for a picture of your passport), the app crashes. Can only access your "recent photos" to upload a picture of your passport. No way to browse to different albums.

Awful. App requests an otp during registration. Once I navigate to my e-mail to collect the code and then return, the box for entering the code disappears. I try again & no otp arrives. Try a new email address and still no otp. Also, the count down timer for entering the otp just stops part way through the count down.
