Built-in tasks cover three areas of everyday life:
• Digital: drink water, stretch, tidy your desk, clear your inbox, take a short walk. Finish it, earn XP and coins, and keep your daily streak alive. It turns everyday chores, self-care habits and small productivity tasks into a simple game you actually want to come back to.
• Wellness: drink a glass of water, meditate for 2 minutes, take 5 deep breaths, write 3 things you're grateful for.
• Physical: stand up and stretch, do 10 push-ups, do 20 jumping jacks, take a 5-minute walk, vacuum one room.
Each task has a difficulty level (Easy, Medium or Hard) and its own XP and coin reward. Your task list resets every day, so there is always something fresh to do.

📝 CUSTOM MISSIONS
Make the app yours. Add your own tasks with a timer: study for 25 minutes, practice guitar, read 10 pages, clean the kitchen, call a friend. Then let the app pick one of your custom missions at random. You start with 5 custom slots and can unlock more with the coins you earn.
