SiscoApp is the official mobile app of SiscoWeb, the cloud-based accounting and administrative software for condominiums with over 30 years of experience in the Colombian market (since 1993).

Designed for owners, administrators, and accountants, SiscoApp connects residents to the management of their condominium in real time.
Account statements, invoices, and financial transactions are automatically synchronized from SiscoWeb, your condominium's administrative system.

What can you do with SiscoApp?

OWNERS
• Check your account statement and invoices
• Create and track your PQR (Requests, Complaints, and Claims)
• Reserve common areas such as lounges, pools, or courts
• Participate in virtual meetings and cast your vote in real time
• Publish and explore your co-ownership's bulletin board
• View documents and announcements from the administration
• Grant power of attorney to representatives to represent you at meetings

ADMINISTRATORS
• Manage all owners and their properties
• Moderate community posts and content
• Create and lead meetings with real-time voting
• Manage common areas and reservations
• Publish announcements and documents for residents

ACCOUNTANTS
• Access the co-ownership's financial statement
• View and respond to PQRs
