《我的生「活」日記》是由自閉症輔導老師、言語治療師、職業治療師為自閉症智障兒童度身訂造的AR（擴增實境）應用程式。《我的生「活」日記》包含了應用程式、書本、圖卡及一個電子平台，以有趣的內容打破了時間和空間的限制，創造出貼近真實情況的模擬學習情境。

《我的生「活」日記》整合了學生一天的生活流程，從中選取了九個獨立生活技能，以AR把學生所見所感「活」起來，利用圖卡將物件配合用途並輔以相關語音，協助學生加強認知及溝通能力；運用步驟圖，配合相關句式，逐步建立溝通及生活技能。希望學生跟著AR角色一起學習，學會表達及照顧自己!
