This is the worst financial service I have ever seen. You will have to call them for your transaction to go through otherwise you will wait forever. The worst case is that they refuse to pick up their calls and sometimes someone will pick up and start talking in the background and after a while, she will hang up on you. Don't use this platform to send money unless you are ready to have blood pressure or miss your target This is not reliable at all.

This's not a good app in setting up your account. It keeps saying, "Please select a valid city. I did it more than 5 times, and it kept doing the same thing even when my city was a correct spelling and all I'm gonna have to uninstall it cos I don't need it if I can't set up an account

From all indications, the company responsible for this application is never serious. They debited my Euro account since 5 days ago unfortunately, are yet to credited my naira account. I have called their contact number and written to their contact address, complaining without any response from them. Please refund my euro account for I have used another money transfer application for the same service.
