About this app

WordBaby is an educational app that helps toddlers and young kids build their vocabulary in a fun, interactive way. Think "First 100" books, but on your phone: high-quality photos, a colorful interface, natural-sounding voice narration, and a playful quiz mode.

I made this app for my own daughter. I wanted something safe and simple with no ads, no distractions, and no tracking. When I couldn't find exactly that, I built it myself.

Two fun learning modes:

📖 Book mode: Your child explores words at their own pace. Read aloud yourself or enable voice narration, which pronounces each word when an image is tapped.
🎯 Quiz mode: The voice narrator says a word and your child taps the correct image. No pressure, just playful learning!

Designed for parents and kids:

🔹 Multi-language support: Available in English and Danish.
🔹 Voice narration: Toggle it on or off for guided or independent play.
🔹 Parental controls: PIN protection to lock settings and prevent app exits.
🔹 Ad-free & private: No ads, no tracking. That's it.
