How does the app work?

Using Emaar is simple and requires only a few steps:

Create an account or log in.

Browse available charitable campaigns.

Choose the campaign you wish to support.

Use the transfer details displayed within the app to send your donation using a suitable external payment method, such as Vodafone Cash or any other local transfer method.

After completing the transfer, upload a photo of the transfer receipt within the app.

The administration team will review and verify the receipt.

After the receipt is approved, the donation status will be updated in your account, and you can access it at any time.

Transparency and Reliability

The Emaar app focuses on providing a clear and organized user experience. Campaign information is displayed in a way that allows users to track project status and progress, as well as document donations and show their status after review.

Donations and Payment Methods

The Emaar app does not process in-app payments.

All donations are made outside the app using local payment methods, such as Vodafone Cash or other available transfer methods. The app does not collect, store, or process credit card or bank account data, or any other sensitive financial information.

If a user wishes to document their contribution, they can upload a photo of the transfer receipt within the app. This photo is used solely to verify the donation and maintain a record of the transaction.

The app relies on Google Firebase services to provide a secure and stable experience, including login, data storage, notifications, performance optimization, and crash analysis.
