This membership is amazing! Booked my hotel for way cheaper than if I had booked directly with the hotel. Customer service is also phenomenal. They get back to you really quick by email and really quick over the phone. I have been using them for a few months now and they legitimately have some of the best prices on hotels stays. I will also start seeing what other great deals they have since they don't just offer deals on hotels!

Downloaded the app, no problem with app. However, I would never recommend this company. The hotel I had a reservation at provided a courtesy refund for poor accomodations beyond their control. Club1 kept the refund and billed me again when I disputed the case. They charged me double the reservation amount and refused to refund any money. Any attempt to speak with someone always requires a voicemail message, then they only reply through text or email. Worst company I ever dealt with.

Great prices !!!! but, it glitches when you try to put a filter for what your looking for .. takes forever to check the 200 hotels it brings up for the location your looking for .. it just don't bring up prices like google maps you have to click each 1 😮‍💨
