Took nearly 40 minutes just to deposit a check. The "back photo" would not take, when it finally did I got a "cannot process because your session timed out". I had to keep logging in and out (sometimes the back photo took, sometimes not)THEN after finally getting it to 'submit' without a timed-out msg (finally!) it said the deposit was invalid! This was immediately followed by an email from the bank saying they had received it. Seriously the Most frustrating app experience I have ever had.

Great experience so far ,i especially like no fees on my accounts and hi yeild addition is working, its about time that customers get a fair shake.

Been good so far. One suggestion though: can you design the transaction feature to: 1. List pending payments as a transaction with the amount and vendor 2. Do not let the pending payment disappear until it is complete? Right the amount is deducted on the checking total but the actual transaction is not listed until it completes and if it remains pending more than 2 or 3 days it drops off altogether, even from the checking balance. Then when it clears, wallah, it just reappears again.
