This was GREAT. Super fair deal for the product we felt. It was easy to set up in the rental car. It was fun. Ranger Fox told us all about our national park tour and many different stops along the way. It works off of location to jump in and and give audio, but to our surprise, the dead space was filled with instrumental music. We enjoyed it and would download another tour from this outfit anytime we are in a cool place that has an audio self driving tour! Thanks Ranger Fox!

Very useful for our self-guided driving tour of Alaska! We used all but the Fairbanks tours (only drove as far north as Denali this trip). This is a well researched guide with fun stories from people who live and work in Alaska. I always prefer guides written by locals. Makes the long drives fun and interesting and they provide lots of great tips too. Highly recommend purchasing this if you plan to drive around Alaska. We opted to turn the music off and appreciate that option in the app.

One of the sub-par app for Audio Guide. While it "does" talk while in the GPS vicinity - setting up in the vehicle is a little challenging. First, as a user you need to "say" if you are going from where Later, while it uses GPS, I believe it hogs battery like not tomorrow. Third, it is not registered with Android as Music App. Why does that matter? If so, it would allow you to control the App from Android Auto. In my situation, either Android Auto works or Bluetooth Audio.

Thanks for your feedback. I also replied to your email about Android Auto. Our app doesn’t support it yet (as noted on our site), but we will add it as we grow. A known Android issue—GPS stops when the phone sleeps—so the screen must stay awake. Battery drain is likely from lack of signal in remote areas. Bluetooth works well on our test devices.
