App used by Ausino S.p.A. technical operators to manage ticket reports related to the Emergency Telephone Service.
The app is accessible only to users authorized by Ausino S.p.A.
The authorized user has the following functions:
- Accepting a ticket
- Reassigning a ticket
- Canceling a ticket
- Pausing a ticket
- Resuming a paused ticket
- Completing a ticket
- Ticket details
Specifically, the user receives notification of a new ticket assigned to them.
When accepting a ticket, the application saves the start date and time of processing and the GPS coordinates of the location.
When pausing a ticket, processing is suspended.
When resuming a ticket, processing can be resumed.
When canceling a ticket, the operator can close the report without processing it, as it does not require technician intervention.
When you complete a ticket processing operation, the application saves the processing completion date and time and the GPS coordinates of the location.
When you reassign a ticket, the operator can assign the ticket to another operator in the same department.
The ticket details allow the operator to view the information on the report.
