Each championship on the Step Up platform is individually developed: we develop our own evaluation criteria, regulations, nominations, and performance standards for each area.

This allows us to objectively evaluate participants, taking into account the specifics of each field, and create fair professional competition.

We create championships for various areas of the beauty industry:
• permanent makeup
• laser technologies and removal
• cosmetology
• facial and body aesthetics
• hardware techniques
• eyebrows, lips, eyelids
• skincare treatments
• nail services
• makeup
• hairdressing
• and other areas of the beauty industry

A separate system is developed for each area:

— professional nominations based on the level of participants' training;
— detailed technical specifications;
— criteria for assessing the quality, technique, and aesthetics of the work;
— requirements for the design and presentation of the results;
— a transparent judging system.
