「銀河穹夢」已經開始失控了。

居住在夢獸之島的馴夢師一族，千年以來與人類和平共處，但島上的夢獸卻因為貪食過多人類噩夢而凶暴化，這使得銀河穹夢開始逐漸崩壞。

玩家將擔任年輕的馴夢師，回到過去尋找各種恢復世界的情報。一路上會遇到許多臺灣文壇上的知名文人，只要幫助他們解決難關，便能得到情報。現在就進入夢獸之島，從中收集到讓夢獸恢復正常的能量，幫助夢獸的世界恢復和平吧！
由臺灣文學館推出的《夢獸之島》，從葉石濤、張深切、龍瑛宗、林海音、姚一葦這五位作家取得靈感，設計成各種不同關卡，為第一人稱射擊VR遊戲。
